You only need 4/5 pieces for the increased run speed bonus.
Turrelia Touched
You only need 3/4 pieces for skill gain bonus
You can wear both sets at the same time if you make Touched Jacket, Touched Shirt, Touched Pants, Courier Coat, Courier Boots, Courier Goggles, and Courier Pants.
Now you can combine both sets into a Courier Touched Body Suit by placing all 9 Courier/Touched Pieces into a refiner with 500 A.R.C. Faction badges.
